I never liked facial hair on guys till i met my boyfriend. I have no choice now, lol. I kid of course, but I agree the right amount of facial hair on a guy is quite attractive. I'm still not too keen on overly bushy full fledged beards though.
I like full, Dumbledorean white beards on old men..very classic. But young ones often don't grow their facial hair right- I took to calling a friend's soul patch 'chin fungus' until the day he had a slip-up with his razor and had to shave the whole thing off.

blue floppy hat- hahahaha chin fungus!! but you are right i haven't met anyone yet with nicely done whiskers.
I like facial hair on men too, it's strong and masculine--as long as it isn't one of those strange, modern shavings or just plain lazy scruffiness. Maybe it is a sign of growing up for them too?
