Pah...if you mean Indian boys, very few of them (in my experience) know how to appreciate good dress sense in a woman that doesn't involve cleavage or leg on show (though I have nothing against either of those). And besides, it's classier to cover up a bit.
i think men all over the world like a bit of tease in women's clothing. I liking covering up, it adds a bit of mystery and class like you said. But the non-reaction was quite amusing, they just walked through me!
